Our Policy
We offer a straightforward refund policy for our LinkedIn profile audit service.
When You Qualify for a Refund
- The analysis failed to generate a report due to a technical error on our end
- You were charged but did not receive your audit report
- Duplicate payment was made for the same audit
When Refunds Are Not Available
- After a report has been successfully delivered
- If you are unsatisfied with the recommendations (as AI analysis is subjective)
- Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@scanlnd.com within 24 hours of your purchase with:
- Your email address used for payment
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
